A: Yes. On our website you can use the “Guest Booking” option. You’ll still need to provide a contact phone number, so the driver can reach you, but you won’t have access to saved favourites, payment cards, or ride history. You also won't receive SMS updates regarding driver status.
A: Our primary service area covers Barrhead, Paisley, Newton Mearns, Glasgow (south‑west), and the surrounding areas. We also accept longer‑distance jobs to any UK destination, Edinburgh and the Scottish Highlands (subject to a pre‑quoted fare). .
A: Up to 30 days in advance for standard and executive taxi transfers. For airport transfers, you can book up to 90 days ahead.
A: We don't cover weekly regular bookings like school runs.

A: Once your taxi booking is confirmed and the driver has been allocated, you’ll see the driver’s name, vehicle make/model, registration number, and an estimated time of arrival (ETA). You can track the driver live on a map within and SMS link.
A: Yes. After you’ve entered the pickup location, there’s a “Notes/Instructions” field where you can type any details. Drivers see this when they accept the journey.
A: Taxi fares are based on a metered rate (per mile + taxi size) plus any applicable surcharges (airport, night‑time, after‑hours). When you request a quote, the system shows an exact price that updates in real time as traffic conditions change. The quoted price is the price you pay.
A: No. The price you see before confirming is the best taxi booking price and is the final amount you’ll be charged, except for optional extras you add (going further than booked).

A: Yes. After each ride, you’ll receive an email receipt with a detailed breakdown. You can also download PDFs from the “Ride History” section of the app or request a monthly invoice from our corporate portal.

A: Open the upcoming booking in your account and tap “Edit”. Changes are free before the scheduled pickup. After that, the driver may be already en‑route, and a small adjustment fee (£5‑£20) could apply.

A: The driver will wait a maximum of 45 minutes after the ETA. If you’re running late, contact the driver directly via the in‑app call or SMS feature. You can also re‑book a new ride; the original booking will be automatically cancelled (subject to the cancellation policy above).

A: Our fleet operates 24 / 7. Night‑time surcharges (usually +£1) apply from 22:00 to 06:00. You can still book via the online booker in advance of 24 hours; the fare estimate will automatically include the surcharge.
A: Yes. We have dedicated Airport‑Ready taxis for Glasgow (GLA), Edinburgh (EDI), and Prestwick (PIK). When you book, select “Airport Transfer” to receive a driver‑track service – we’ll monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time automatically.
A: Absolutely. Choose “Child Seat” (available for ages 0‑12 months, 1‑4 years, or 4‑12 years) when you book. There is no extra fee for this service. Please request at the time of booking. Please tell us the childs age,hight and weight and what type of seat you require.
A: Small, well‑behaved pets are welcome in standard vehicles (no additional charge). Larger dogs or service animals require advance notice so we can allocate a suitable vehicle.
A: Yes. When creating the booking, select “Book for Someone Else” and enter their contact details. They’ll receive the driver’s information and can track the ride just like you would.
