You can pay for your taxi journey online. We send you a payment link through our secure Stripe account; enter your details on their site, and that's complete. A link is sent when a booking is confirmed.
We may require a booking fee, deposit, or payment in full. This is determined by how far in advance you book and the distance the driver has to travel to collect you. We always pre-allocate confirmed bookings to a designated driver.
Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time. We may keep part payment as a booking fee if you cancel less than 48 hours before the booking time. Please ask in advance what the charges are.
