You can pay for your taxi journey online. We send you a payment link through our secure Stripe account, enter your details on their site and that's complete. Link is sent when a booking is confirmed.

We may require a booking fee, deposit, or payment in full. This is determined how far in advance you book and the distance the driver has to travel to collect you. We always pre-allocate confirmed bookings to a designated driver.

Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time. We may keep part payment as a booking fee if you cancel less than 48 hours before the booking time. Please ask in advance what the charges are.
